New York Sour
2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Egg White
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 oz Red Wine
Garnish: Lemon Peel
Shake all ingredients except for the red wine in an ice-filled shaker. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Slowly pour the red wine on top so it floats and garnish with a fresh strip of lemon peel.
