1 1/2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
1/2 oz Martini & Rossi 1872
1/2 oz Passionfruit Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Garnish: Sprig of Rosemary
Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake for 15 seconds. Double strain into an ice-filled old fashioned glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
This is a tribute to the magnificent rooftop bar of the same name in Williamsburg, NY, where Keith and I spent a lovely summer evening in 2019, oblivious to what would unfold upon the state of the world six months later. If we could only rewind back to that time.
