1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Hibiscus Syrup
1/2 oz Egg White
Garnish: Dried Hibiscus Blossom
Combine ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe, and garnish with a dried hibiscus blossom.
