Elderflower Passion Fruit Fizz
1.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 oz passion fruit syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
4 oz Prosecco
Garnish: Maraschino cherries
Place St. Germain, passion fruit syrup and lemon juice in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco and garnish with three maraschino cherries.
Nothing says ‘the Holidays’ like a bubbly beverage. And this one pairs the fragrant elderflower with the slight tartness of passion fruit. Make a bigger batch of the elderflower, passion fruit and lemon mixture ahead of time and place it in the fridge. Once your guests arrive, you can simply pour the mixture into the flutes and top with prosecco for a quick welcome beverage!
